  HORRIBLE service. We waited 30 minutes for our waiter to check in with us and bring us the check. We ordered the surf and turf and he explained that they cook the lobster differently than other restaurants by taking it out of it's shell, which we were fine with. It came breaded and fried in the meal. I checked the menu and NOWHERE does it say fried. I expressed our concern and told him that it was AWFUL. He said that he would bring a bowl to us so that we could put it off to the side. He never once apologized or brought a manager over nor did he take any money off the bill or offer to bring us a different meal. He never asked if we wanted dessert, finally brought us the check and as he was walking away with his back turned towards us he said to have a good night. Valentines day COMPLETELY RUINED!! What a HORRIBLE experience!!!

  Call ahead for a reservation since it is always packed on the weekend. I always try new Chinese establishments but I always find myself coming back to PF Chang's. You just know what you are getting and it tastes good.
